Because most kennels are too big. Because dogs deserve better than a concrete wing lined with barking strangers. Because we wanted to build the place we'd trust with our own.
Radar's Place is a family-owned boarding and daycare facility on a semi-rural property. We designed it around one idea: fewer dogs, done right.
Every element — the 14 runs, the sound-treated walls, the separate play yards, the cameras in every space — is here because it makes the stay better for the dog and the wait less nerve-wracking for the owner.
Our team. We are led by our on-site manager (a certified professional with over a decade in kennel operations) and staffed by trained kennel techs. We have a formal on-call relationship with a local veterinary practice for anything that comes up outside routine care.
Our approach. Vaccination-verified intake. Real medication protocols with double sign-off. Photo check-ins after 24 hours. If anything is off, we tell you before you have to ask.
In memory of Radar.
Radar was our dog — the reason we know what a good day at the kennel should feel like, and what a bad one looks like. Every choice in this place, from the size of the runs to the cameras in every space, was made with him in mind.
