Frequently asked.
Don't see your question? Call us or drop a note on the contact page — we usually reply within a few hours.
What vaccinations do you require?+
Rabies, DHPP (or DA2PP), and Bordetella. Canine Influenza (H3N2/H3N8) is strongly encouraged. All vaccinations must be current at drop-off; we verify with your vet before your stay.
What should I bring?+
Your dog's regular food (in a labeled container), any medications with dosing instructions, and a familiar item like a blanket or toy. We provide bedding, bowls, and cleanup.
Do you administer medications?+
Yes. Oral, topical, and non-injectable meds are $5 per dose. Injectable meds by prior arrangement.
What if my dog gets sick or hurt?+
We follow a documented emergency protocol and contact you immediately. Our on-call vet is our first stop; you can also designate your own vet in your intake paperwork.
Do you accept intact dogs?+
Yes for boarding (kept separate during peak play). For daycare, intact dogs over 12 months old are evaluated case-by-case.
Can I watch my dog on camera?+
Yes. During your stay window you receive a private, scoped link that shows your dog's run and the shared play yard. Links expire when you pick up.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before drop-off. Inside 48 hours, one night's fee is charged. Holiday reservations require a non-refundable deposit — details in Policies.
How do I book?+
Send a request via the booking page or call us. First-time boarders complete a short intake form and vaccination upload; daycare requires an evaluation day.
