Vaccinations
Rabies, DHPP (or DA2PP), and Bordetella are required for all dogs, verified directly with your veterinarian. Bordetella must be administered at least 7 days before the first stay.
Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before drop-off. Inside 48 hours, one night's fee is charged. Holiday reservations require a non-refundable 50% deposit due at booking.
Late pickup
Pickups after our posted closing time incur an additional half-day boarding fee. Dogs left overnight without prior arrangement are charged the full nightly rate.
Behavior & aggression
We reserve the right to refuse or end a stay if a dog poses a safety risk to staff or other dogs. If we need to end a stay early we will contact you or your emergency contact immediately.
Medical emergencies
If your dog needs urgent veterinary care, we will follow the treatment authorization on file. If you are unreachable, we will act in the animal's best interest up to the limit noted on your intake form. Vet bills are the owner's responsibility.
Abandonment
Dogs not picked up within 10 days of the scheduled pickup date, and with no successful contact of the owner or emergency contact, are considered abandoned under applicable state statute. The full text of our abandonment policy is provided in the boarding agreement.
Photos & camera access
Camera access links are scoped to your stay window and expire on pickup. We may take photos or short videos of your dog for social media unless you opt out on the intake form.
